Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping Policy 

• Domestic Shipping Only: We currently offer shipping within Pakistan only.
• Courier Service: All orders are shipped via PostEx, ensuring a reliable and timely delivery.
• Delivery Time: Orders are typically delivered within 3-4 business days.
• Shipping Fee: A flat rate of 250 PKR is charged on all orders. However, we offer free shipping on orders over 3000 PKR.
• Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the delivery status.

Return & Refund Policy:

• Return Window: You can request a return within 15 days of receiving your order.
• Eligibility for Returns: To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
• Non-Returnable Items:
  • Opened or used products cannot be returned.
  • Defective products, if the defect is caused after opening, will not be accepted for a return.
• Refunds & Exchanges:
  • We offer both refunds and exchanges.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 2-5 business days.
• Return Shipping Costs: The company will cover the cost of return shipping. We’ll provide you with a return shipping label for convenience.

Additional Information:

• Damaged or Opened Products: Any product that is opened or has been used will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
• Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. Once shipped, the return policy will apply.
